Hey I'm glad found you channel, I'm also interested to learn how to draw in anime style. I'm thinking about buying a sketch book and start doing a 100 days challenge for myself.

Actually it's really good, I like it. Your head knowladge seems pretty good now. And you seems to have problem with the shoulder. Anatomy problem arent ya?
Hey I watched some of your vidoes im wondering if you can drop a vidoe guide on how you get started drawing, like the basics of each step! I like the way you draw, it would help me alot if you can show us when and where to do things. If you dont want to its fine, it would realy help tho.
As an artist that has been drawing since I'm still in womb, maybe I can give you some tips (I'm going to use anime style for an example)
So, there are no "definitive guide" in an art world. Execpt if you have a goal to have an exact style of certain artist. But, there are some things that may help you from starting your art journey. Like an ability to observe, either from real life or looking at someone art (since you need alot of refrence to further your understandimg without a teacher). Save alot of art or even image from pinterest. And the most important thing, is having a favourite artist, since it will help you to find your objective in art
- Starts to learn anime head. Since in alot of cases, head is the main thing everyone would see. Learn to make the chin looks good, then the eyes, then hair. Nose, mouth, & ear are not that important, you can stylized them later
- Then, bit by bit learn to draw anatomy. Starting from neck, shoulder, chest (& breast), hand, finger (optional), legs, then feet (optional). That way you can still drawing something you familiar with, but still trying to learn new stuffs. If you don't mind, the quickest way to learn anatomy... is by "examining" NSFW art. The exagerrated pose help me to understand what to do
- Pose, is important TO UNDERSTAND. You need to atleast know, how certain muscle would looks like if you do unique pose. For example : armpit, breast physique, neck rotation, hand/finger fold, etc. Don't just randomly draw any random flexible pose, you won't gain any understanding from there. Same reason as anatomy, NSFW art CAN make an understanding for muscle better
- After you understand how pose & physique works. Try to learn Clothe Physique. It requires some time, since there are alot of clothe material, clothe type, & the length difference. Don't forget about the force that affect the fold, the person's body type, & of course, pose. Yoh can just learn it from looking at your friend, coworker, or someone clothe folds when they do something (sitting, writing, etc.)
After this, it's up to you. There are alot of different kind of style : scenery, designer, game/book illustrator, comic artist, etc. Your prefrence for colour, vibes, artist style, & weakness also affects your journey. So I can't really tell you what to do after this
