recommend Phantom & Kafka pot2+ bagpipe5+ can use Ely instead Saileach
Have overall pots will make easier when you cant nail the RNG or perfect timing of Phantom & Weedy (handle the flower and boss)
example ; if Phantom stun Flower mean HP drain themselves not proc, may need one more drop on it. so it make trouble on your Deployment cost

Is a combination of e2 Kafka, 3* Defenders all e1lv55, and all 4*+ at e2 a problem that borrowing wouldn't solve for eggs and dealing too much damage to eggs? Haven't been able to find much on what does and doesn't work for egg stalling.

recommend 2*tank and E0-E1 kafka ,or maybe you need to calculate Egg proc proc damage time when take much damage

No, Saileach reduces your next operator cost reduce by 2 (probably more cus you have to recycle her alot)
