I agree 100%! Give me an ultra light or light action rod, a good spinning reel loaded with 2 or 4 lb test and I'm ready. Box of crickets or meal worms is all you need. My tackle box has an assortment of cricket hooks, corks, some Rooster Tails, Panther Martins and a bunch of Rebel u/l crank baits and jerk baits. That makes for a great day!

Yep time in God's great outdoors is what it's about. I see so much wildlife activity when I just slow down and relax like your doing. And if we catch a fish its is a bonus 😊

Very well said Mr. John! I think folks miss a whole lots of fun when they limit themselves to pursuing only the prestigious prize whether it be a certain species of fish or animal. I love to catch a good bass or a large grouper or bag a nice 10 pointer but I’m not going to give up pan fishing or small game hunting because of the fun I would miss out on! Thanks for the video!

I`ve caught more bass on ultra lite gear than when I actually go out and try to straight up bass fish.....lol😂
