Any experience you can share with any of the older Sumadhura Properties? Many societies do very bad in their post maintenace phase. Pl let know

Shocking price... but challenge is if not now the prices may be even higher going forward. 3bhk prestige / sobha properties for same price of 4bhk is a sad thing. But reality is resale value of top brands is always much higher
