Please don't buy this hp envy laptop.manufacturing defects arise within 20 days. This couldn't be rectified so far even though it has been 2 months. I am very disappointed. In this context Rs 86000/- loss to me. Please don't go for it. Please don't encourage to buy this model.
Sir if company makes 100 pieces of laptop then 1 piece can be defective but it doesent mean that you encourage other people not to buy it. Contact their customer service and they will resolve it.
@@aniketgupta5 I have used laptop from many leading brands like Lenovo Dell. Not all of them have had such a repair. A manufacturing defect like HP has never been possible in any other laptop. Only people who have paid a lot of money to buy a laptop and then within 20 days of a new laptop manufacturing defect to the point where they can't figure out why it repaired, only those who have paid a lot of money know why I posted this in your video like thisI am posting my comments in the hope that you will take the pains of the affected people to HP. .My opinion is that you who are recording a review about a company's laptop should also take the mindset of the people who bought the laptop from that company and are affected by it through ur video. That's why I posted my comment. My laptop has been under inspection in the repair center for almost two months. The only loss is mine. However, thank you very much for your prompt response to my comment.
