The fire truck one was about as fake as you can get. The cops wouldn't have just sat there all that time doing nothing. They would not have allowed that homeless guy to interfere and most likely the guy in the fire truck would have been killed.
lmao I don't even know why it's in here? If it would be real, the guy would disgust me not give me hope about humanity. Why on earth would you stop in front of first responders? Someone who really needs their help can't get it now because of this man's selfishness. Maybe I'm missing something but this, to me, is not kindness at all.

No, it wasn't fake.
Dude who managed to stop the truck was as mind-cheezed as the guy driving, but at that moment he had enough sanity and sobriety to act, so he did.
And yes, the cops will sit there and do *exactly* nothing for fucking HOURS if the perp is not acting in a dangerous manner to themselves or others. Sitting in a parked truck doing nothing would result in exactly the stand off shown.
