OpenBVE Wacky - Amtrak ALP-46 & Horizon Coaches on the Hankyu Kyoto Line (Rapid Exp)

Amtrak ALP-46 & 6 car Horizon coaches (push mode) on the Hankyu Kyoto Line, full rapid express run from Kyoto-kawaramachi to Osaka Umeda Terminal (HK-86 to HK-01).
This marks the first run of a Hankyu Railway route, and just like the Tobu Kiryu Line run, I figured that I would run a train from a different city or country everytime a new route is discovered. The Hankyu Railway will include EMU trains from other cities or countries that operate on standard gauge.
Also this is the first return run of an Amtrak rolling stock after a long time. Because of the lack of scenery on available Amtrak routes for OpenBVE, they will instead operate on other routes such as Japan. The ALP-46 is also owned by NJT only.
