I totally think you should do "a day taking care of your dogs" 💛💛to show people who wanna have dogs what the reality is. A lot of people don't think it through before they get a dog especially a Big dog, then they later realize "I didn't know it's gonna get so big" or "I didn't know it's kind of a huge responsibility to have one". It makes me really sad when they are giving their dogs away just because what they "didn't realize" didn't do enough homework before they get one💔💔
Hi sophia! I'm glad to see you happy and energetic in this video! Hoping things continue to be good for you. Anyway, my dad underwent surgery about a year ago to remove his entire gallbladder because the gallstones that were stuck were already too big to be surgically removed. They had to take the entire organ out as it was already too swollen and could rupture. I remember he was in so much abdominal pain for months before finding out that he needed that operation. He literally had countless sleepless nights and was at one point writhing on the floor (that's when we brought him to the ER). I'm glad you are taking steps to deal with your gallstones as they can be really serious long term. Hopefully your health also starts improving soon! xx

Missed you and your vlogs! Absolutely LOVE the idea of showing the life of a big dog mom (+leo). I have a full size aussie and it's seriously no joke. The training, time, energy, money that goes into raising a happy and well behaved dog is something all potential future dog moms/dads have to consider before they get one just because they're "cute". So glad to see you smiling and spending quality time with friends!

I struggled through really bad stomach pains in high school and in college too. I was going to a gastrologist regularly and she told me I had acid reflux and all these random things. She provided some remedies and things for me to do to manage the pain, but nothing was really working.
One year I got an endoscopy and they said I had two big gallstones. They recommended that I actually get my whole gallbladder removed because the gallstones were so big. I was so busy at the time and didn't want to do it/take the time off. So I just dealt with it and managed the pain. About a year later my mom encouraged me to really do it for my health and I finally got my gallbladder removed. Pretty quick procedure from what I remember. I have 3 tiny tiny scars (very unnoticeable now). Healing process was about 2 weeks, but it was the best decision of my life. I don't feel anymore pain. It's been 5 years now. I can eat whatever I want and I honestly felt like why didn't I do this sooner?!? Wishing you all the best on your health journey

I’m an Aries and that mantra completely resonated with me!! I am taking the steps to stop following my parents dream for me to become a doctor and drop out of medical school. I’ve always know that I never wanted to become a doctor but I wanted to make my parents proud and so I complied. As I’m about to finish my first year of medical school and I just realized that I need to take my life into my own hands and follow my dreams. This is a HUGE career change for me because I’ve been primed my whole life to become a doctor and now I’m stepping into uncharted territory. It’s scary to think about but I have a lot of hope and excitement for my future!

Hi, Sophie. :) I had my gallstones removed last year! Before that, I was in the most horrible pain EVER for like 80% of the day. Whenever I ate especially. I would just be in tears and it took a toll on me emotionally and physically. And it went on for over a year. But I finally had the surgery and I have been pain free ever since! I was nervous too but the surgery is minor and technology is so advanced that they just poked small dot-like holes on me and pulled them all out. :) Was back to work in less than a week. I hope that when you do get your gallstones removed, it will also cure your attacks just like it did mine. :) Sending you love from the Philippines! ❤️

Hi Sophia! I ❤❤❤ your channel. I went through gallbladder surgery 3 years ago and it was the best decision of my life! I suffered with attacks for years and after surgery I feel great! It's a simple hour long surgery tiny incision but definitely worth it!! Good luck!!

Hey Sophia, I literally just got my gallbladder removed one week ago now! I've never had surgery, let alone needing to go to the hospital for anything...ever. I've been in excruciating pain and low in drive and any energy i had left to give was out the door since September. The surgery went smoothly, however my surgeon said that it was a lot worse than expected when i was in recovery. If I had waited any longer, teetering with idea and decision of getting surgery, my gallbladder would have ended up infected leading to an emergency surgery. I couldn't believe what he had told me, but at that point we both realized that it was no longer a wonder as to why I was in so much pain for months. I'm still in recovery typing this, so I'm not sure what the overall result will be yet, but I can tell you I feel better, I've had no pains that lead to having an attack yet. Please be careful, babe!!

Hi, I wanted to share that I had my gall bladder removed 6 years ago. I was in so much pain before though. Like on the floor, feeling like I’m going to break in half type of pain. I was also pregnant during this process which didn’t make things easier. I was 6 months pg when I was already in need of surgery or else both my life and my babies life would be at risk. I was hospitalized for about 1 month and 1/2 before surgery. Had to moved to another hospital just to make sure there was an NICU just incase. . However, after I’ve had my surgery I felt tons better. I did have 2. The 2nd was through my mouth there was some stones that stayed behind, also not comfortable. I waited so long to have the surgery because of my baby. That wait did cause my pancreas some trouble. But I am healthy. Besides the baby weight I can never shake off. Lol. Overall I’m grateful and happy. My surgeon was there every step of the way, always explained everything in detail, and I check on me everyday while I was in the hospital along with my doctor. It was my first surgery as well. I was scared but I trusted him. Lots of love. ❤️🙂

Just a tip from a fellow 11 year old Siberian Husky mom, try giving Luna a glucosamine, turmeric, and chondroitin supplement! You may already know this but it’s amazing for hip and joint function since they are so active - and ESPECIALLY if she’s lying down “frog legs” style.

I had to have my gallbladder removed because it was infected and causing me extreme pain. It was seriously a scary process as I had gone to see my doctor, then had an ultrasound, and surgery all within 48 hours. I checked into the hospital at 7am and was out by noon. Recovery was about 2 weeks but definitely haven't had any major pain since then. It is very scary but well-worth. Whatever it maybe, I hope you make the best decision for you!

hi Sophie I been watching u for a very long time before work at mac haha. I did have the same issue than u and did get my gall bladder removed in 2016 and I have to admit it wasn't as bad. But for me and I know everyone is different it did help bc it did stop the attack but I was still having an issue with my tummy. But recently a change my diet for keto one Im doing great so for me the intervention help me but did fix me. I hope me sharing my experience u with u give some inside.

HeySophie! I currently feed my cats cooked meat, I put in my own vitamins and I find that they’re thriving a lot better than on kibble. If you ever feel like making your own dog food, there’s tons of research online, so instead of different products for the dogs, it’ll be down to just making the food yourself :) and adding the vitamins. It does take more time but if you ever are interested I’d love to see what you’d do!

I see you buring palo santo a lot. Just out of interest and curiosity, aren't you suppose to clear the area with fresh air after you burn it? I do it with sage but its so cold here that I cant keep my doors open. So im waiting for spring to come so that I can burn it again, but I want to try the palo santo as well. Love from Holland.
