- "Rule The World" was written in 2009 by a then 16 year old Christina. The song was never finished and shelved until now. A now 16 year old Ryan Brown stepped in to help finish this young girl power duet!

I was just wondering if they ran out of new songs of christina I'm so glad they released another song 💚 I missed her music
I asked her brother about that a bit ago on his Twitch livestream, and he said that he has dozens of unreleased songs by her and other incomplete songs that can be completed with another singer in it just like Rule The World.

@@lonelyteddy. no they mean like adding another singer like how ryan sings a different verse or part of the song. So they use her part then add his parts and reuse her parts.

@@pganish6842 She died by shooting way back in 2016 after a Concert on 10th of June on that same Day. Thats a point why the Foundation exists that the Grimmie Family put in place to help Familys that effected by shooting.

It's been a long time but I remember how much fun it looked when they made it . I still miss Christina so much . I still can't listen to her sing without crying . It's good crying though. I was watching Mr. Ballen this morning, and was surprised that he had mentioned Christina Grimmie. So, I came here to take a walk down Memory Lane, and to send loving prayers to her family.
That’s how I found this song.
I’m not a youngster. I’m a mom, with adult children. But I simply adored Christina! She had such a beautiful voice, and a sweet personality. And I know she was heading for greatness!
She WAS great!
I remember watching her on The Voice, and loving her interactions with Adam Levine. They seemed to enjoy each other’s company, and Adam always looked at her with pride. As I’m sure her parents and family must’ve been so incredibly proud. (Her loving brother was with her on that fateful night. My heart goes out to him.)
But one single, selfish, scum-of-the-earth, son-of-a-bitch ripped her from them… and from her wonderful future! And whenever I’m reminded of her, it saddens me deeply. I simply can’t imagine someone being so miserably selfish, that they felt a need to take her life… to snuff out her existence, here on this earth.
But look at the words of this song. They are so touching, in the most amazing way!

When souls cross over, they don’t lose everything they’ve worked for. Naturally, they can’t take physical objects, but those are meaningless, anyway.
However, their talent not only continues but, like their souls, they grow strong! And they could use that talent to guide people within this living plane of existence, by giving imaginative inspiration, or a creative thought-a ‘spirit guide’ for the musically inclined.
A beautiful golden light.
I wish I could pass this message on to her family-to let them know that they will once again see Christina, when they, too, are ‘guided by the light’.
Our physical bodies may die, but our souls live on… forever.
And yes… I do know this, for a fact. I’ve seen way too many wonderful things, and have zero doubt. 😇🙏🏼

As a 30 something male in the South, it boggles my mind how so many people don't know of Christina and her once in a lifetime voice. I know it seems shallow to say, but she was my first crush as an adult back in the early 2010's. Yeah, she was pretty, but her voice, spirit, and personality is what won me over. I always dreamed of writing a song with her. She should still be with us physically, but I know her soul is still working. While her worldly existence was unfairly short, her impact will never fade. Forever missing seeing you sing something that touched you Christina. 💜

This is fantastic, i can notice the voice that in some parts leaves the very slight imperfections making this an authentic song.
Christina never needed any adjustments and her voice was simply powerful, she outperformed many and many artists for my pov, even those with a very talented voice such as Sia and others too, she shown in her covers how her voice could really improve any song.
She would definitely be one of the most popular singers today and would have had a really nice career, I miss her and her music so much.😓

The way they tweaked the choruses throughout to highlight Christina versus Ryan's vocals is so subtle but so perfect. I might not be the biggest fan of Ryan's style, but she did a fantastic job pairing with what Christina had done while sticking to her own style. Y'all really came together and BROUGHT IT for this track! \|/
