Can you do the 11-17 mtb kids bikes?
We do test kid’s mountain bikes sizes 16”, 20”, 24”, and 26”. What exactly were you interested in?
There'e no "woom" in my bike collection.
Raleigh and Cleary make good kids bike for the money, but so do Giant, Specialized and Trek when you look at their geared 20in+ kids bikes. Woom and some of the boutique brands are way overpriced in my opinion. Why pay more for similar geometry, weight and components. Upgrading from a 20in to 26in/27 is a good option. It is fairly easy to bypass a 24in bike entirely as long as you get a larger 20in bike.
Bike wheel size certainly does vary drastically from brand to brand. If you have a large 20", it's certainly possible to skip to a 26" bike!
In general, bike shop brands tend to be heavier and don’t offer the same quality and performance for the price as these kid-specific brands. Although they are sometimes cheaper and are more affordable for many families, so they do serve their purpose.

Wait, 20 inch bikes for 5-7 year olds? Are you talking about wheel size because everywhere else says this size is more for 6-9/10 year olds?
Yes, wheel size! Most 8 year olds are large enough for a 24 inch bike.
Yes, my son isn't yet 6 years old and he can not ride 16" . He better rided 20" befor 6 months. And I am thinking about to provide him bycicle 24" for his 6th birthday.
I’m just starting to get my neice riding a 16 and now I just picked up a 20 Fuji sandblaster with hand brakes and 7speeds that needed work but for free and my parts bin she will be changing over soon and the younger sister will get off training wheels soon and there 8 and 6 years old
My taller-than-average 4 year old rides a 20". He does have some difficulty straddling it sometimes, but I think he should be ok by the time he's 5.

for a 13 year old you may look for full grown bikes. just check out your local bike shop :)
For 13 years old 24 inch is best bet then 26 but at more like 16 after that is license time and grey hairs 😂but they can hang the 16 on the back of the Car and continue riding
