So he wanted to help her get plumbing and electricity. Trying to do that he realized he had to get it for the whole neighborhood to get it for her house. So he went to try to get them all electricity. In doing so he felt bad for the people that didn't have it. So he started working with companys and even governments getting Grant's to help people which is why he hasn't been releasing music.
