Wow, still intimidated to do it myself but what a great video! Thank you! Land Rover needs to descend from the clouds with their pricing approach. They would sell so many more cars by just being reasonable. I have nearly identical car. Fun to watch.

Thank you. I agree wholeheartedly. I plan on doing one soon that shows how unreasonably high Land Rover is on simple DIY maintenance. Like engine air filter and cabin air filters. Just trying to save folks some money any way I can. Thanks for watching.

@@Wheel2LiveOffRoad I have an update. Today I bought two break pad sensors for front wheels and replaced only one. The light went off! I decided to keep the other one as is because the process was not easy. I’ve never done this before, so it may discourage some. Unlike the rear breaks, the front ones have the contact hidden behind plastic wheel arch lining that has to be completely removed. That was an unpleasant revelation, but actually was not too bad. The hardest part was the screws facing down. If your car is not on a car lift, you have to use mirror to see the screws. Took me about 3 hours and some sweat with basic tools, but it worked. Again thanks for encouraging! Parts cost was 25 Canadian dollars for each wire vs hundreds at a dealer!

@@KLUKVOBOR Oh man. Yeah the fronts are a doozy. Awesome accomplishment for sure. Glad I was able to provide some encouragement. Thanks for sharing your experience.

To the best of my knowledge just one. Same for the Disco 3 (LR3) Disco 4 (LR4) and RRS.

can you give me the part number for the wire?

Purchased from NAPA Auto Parts. Part number BS137501 it looked 100% identical to OEM so it’s probably the OEM supplier. Was around $20 or so.
