I like the perspective. " The Thought Junction" what a idea. The junction where the thought train starts.

O my God! What an answer! And He is sweet enough to say "I know it's not an answer" It's more practical an experiment to find out for yourself than any theoretical answer. Gonna try it🤗

When I chose to start resisting/rejecting negative, depressing thoughts as if they were spirits, in time, it changed my life for the better. Depression was once a big problem for me but not anymore.

Since we are made of 5 tatwas, so sky is also an element in it & so unending thoughts flow through the sky. If one just watches his thought process through his consciousness, the thoughts slows down & then one can put one's own thought in it & start his journey. It's always better to pause for some minutes b4 commencing a new journey with a new thought.

As far as I can understand, thought 💭 is the last thing to go before you enter Samadhi. Before there is Observer/Observered. You keep your duality. You cannot taste 👅 the sugar if you ARE the SUGAR.
Doing something you love with full attention maybe the closest some of us will come to a thoughtless state. A dancer 💃🏻 is dancing. A painter is just painting 🖼️. Yet, all this requires some levels of skill to maintain.
In Samadhi, all of this stops. You can stop breathing or moving for long periods of time. You can lose track of time because there is literally no “me”. Some people never come back from Samadhi.
I think therefore I am. To maintain a body, you must have some sort of thoughts 💭. However, it can be refreshing to go into meditation Samadhi and stop thinking completely.

@@kalpakboral when you meditate if you have experience, you can stop 🛑 the thoughts for sometime. For me it’s like a dam of water or holding your breath. The thoughts stop but eventually you need to think or drowned. It’s taken me 20 years of Sadhna to get to this point.
