Oftentimes developers get the deadline for a project even though they don't even know what they need to deliver? Sounds familiar? Well, in this video we will talk about whether deadlines for software projects make sense at all.
The answer - as usual - it depends. If you have some contracts with a client, then chances are you probably need to deliver the project on a certain date. Otherwise, you might be better off avoiding deadlines at all and to just identify the measurements that would push the business forward the most and then execute on that.
