  • 🚀 Unlock the secrets to successful AI implementation! Join me in this eye-opening episode as I reveal the 3 AI mistakes hindering most people from harnessing AI effectively.
    1. AI is Not Software, It's Like an Intern:
    - Instead of expecting AI to act like predictable software, treat it as a dynamic intern with strengths and weaknesses. Understand its capabilities, and leverage its strengths while compensating for its limitations.
    2. Provide Context for Quality Outputs:
    - Don't expect AI to inherently understand context; guide it by providing specific personas, experiences, and roles to enhance the quality of its outputs.
    3. Recognize AI's Strengths and Weaknesses:
    - AI excels at complex tasks like business plans and data analysis but may struggle with simpler functions like math. Understand and document the strengths and weaknesses of the AI model you use to make the most out of it.
Learn how to leap ahead into the 1% that excels with AI!

    Great tips !
I've heard that in order to earn more promotions/money the focus should be to create more Value than others at workplace so could you elaborate on this subject how can it be done effectively without overworking or burnout necessarily as there has to be some smart way to get the desired outcome..
    2) Why is it necessary always to depend upon years of experience to achieve financial growth ?
    3) Any book recommendations on this topic according to your wisdom..

The best way in the workplace to do that is by helping either your boss or your company or their goals by what you do or create at work. 2. It isn’t but typically learn the most by doing so you can shortcut long years of experience. By having intense experience over a shorter time frame. 3. Can you be more specific?

@@ryanstaley3834 Yes in my field of AEC construction as hvac engineer the companies mostly decide payscale and offer salary based on employees experience in number of years and i came from a career gap wants to cope up with starting late in career do not want to depend upon years of experience for earning more.. so what's the best way to get that growth - changing jobs, working at startup, or creating unique combination of skills etc..
