I immediatly felt who she was, what kind of acking beauty of heart , of intelligence, of talent ,of soul she was, in spite of knowing nothing about her. And if one word can describe this rare human being named Joan Baez ,this word is LOVE.

Will love her till the day I day. She has always been an inspiration to me, musically, and as a human rights activist.
She is an inspiration. As I look around me I see that we need her spirit today. She reminds me that the "they" of trying to stop the insanity includes the "me" of it. I love her music and her views as much today as I did when I first heard her in the '60s at the beginning of my life. I'm just finishing her book "Daybreak" and I love it.
