Excellent work! Just one major problem, as this seems to be based on the blueprints drafted by Jim Key. He made TOP and SIDE cutaway views of the interior architecture, but he didn't do a cross-section fore/aft view of the same . . . and, if he had, he would have noticed a serious flaw. The rectangular 'glass' hatches on the port and starboard upper bunks -- i.e. those of Stewart and Landon -- have to recess (when opening) up into the ceiling. But there's no room for those two hatches in Jim Key's schematics -- or in this model (see the 4:30 part of the video).
Sometimes I wonder if the actual interior set designer didn't bother with that detail, as they undoubtedly had somebody on the 'exterior' of the set manually pull up on Landon's bunk-hatch as it slid open, like the way they had guys literally pull open the sliding doors on the STAR TREK sets from behind the wall, off-camera. So, maybe Jim Key's blueprints are actually true to the interior set as built.
My preferred solution to this problem is to align the interior architecture of the cabin -- i.e. the cockpit and the hibernation area -- not with the XY plane through the middle of the 3x2 ellipse, running through the wingtips, but rather PARALLEL to the 'bottom' of the midline, i.e. from the tip of the nosecone to the bottom of the ellipse. This method provides the extra room between the inner ceiling and the exterior upper hull to fit in those retracted upper bunk hatches.
Regardless, you're doing a great job making models as true to the available blueprints, those drawn up by Jim Key, and I commend your work.

Is there a company out there that makes a good model kit of the Icarus? I would love to build it.

I have the same question as DBoysen below in comments
    .
"Hey Mark. Beautiful work. What do you charge for an Icarus build? Does the client need to provide the model or do you have access to another one?"

that escape one, have you done an interior for it? I understand that in the 1974 series that interior "set' was larger than the outside model of that ship. is that possible to do an interior the apeonauts could actually fit into with bulkhead computer cabinets behind? essentially we had no interior in Escape but the Harper/Naughton series did have.
