Hi Dr P! Is a water based lube the best type of lube to use for sex to try to prevent yeast infections? Obviously this is increasing moisture, so is there anything I can do to prevent yeast infection after sex?
I have this cottage cheese like stuff that come out only when having sex but never get to my underwear. I have been on treatement for candida two times, with both cases requiring me to apply cream (candid b), night suppositories for 7 days, and 1x2 probiotic supplements. Still there hasnt been any notable change. If anything the issue seems worse which affects intimacy. Could it be something else?

I visited the gyne, and I was prescribed fluconazole, clindamycin pessary it worked so well but kept on coming back. What can you suggest I do please?? Plus, is it ok for to take some probiotics??
