I love that you don't have music playing. Most of the times when I do workouts on youtube the music is a total turnoff. The ocean view is great!
Update: ok i was doing Nicole's 30 min butt workout 3 times a week and 2 times her previous 20 min inner and outer thighs. Yesterday i tried this one and i have t say this is way harder and my legs were shaking like crazy. After following this routine for 6 months now I confirm my butt is definitely looking better and my thighs are firmer for sure. I have been doing workouts before but i find hers as the most effective and absolutely amazing since they are both very effective and very mat oriented. Which is hte best option for me - for some reason standing exercises have always given me bad knees and I am in my 20s :( That is why Nicole is the best trainer for me . She is also very positive and calm, I think she is a great person in real life as well :)

Love Nicoles' workouts. She gets right into it and flows quickly from one move to another so no time is wasted talking and she kicks my ass big time! Also, love the way she gives instruction and encouragement throughout.

I've been working out with other programs but never felt this intense burn in my thigh and butt....amazing..lots of burn but I'm loving the results, I see it and I feel it..most of all i love the encouragement she gives and remind you that although you are feeling the burn and feel like giving up, just remember that you want to look good in your tight Jeans and swimsuit and that just helps me to endure the burn, thanks Nicole.

I agree , I just found her workouts and have trouble finding really good hard workouts as I Love to really be pushed and to feel the burn and she definitely delivered , I do use weights and resistance bands during the workout to intensify the results :) , Nicole Keep bringing on the burn ;)

Nicole is queen of the steel buns - and now, iron inner thighs. Good grief, my legs were shaking after this! BTW suggest you don't wear shoes (which I did), they get in the way.
Would you recommend repeating this workout over a period,of a few weeks to see great results?
Definitely. 3-4 times a week on non-consecutive days. Should start to see some results within 4-8 weeks.

If you increase calorie/protein intake, yes, it may a bit. Otherwise, you're just toning and strengthening your lower body.

@@dweelahaudu2233 Any of our weighted lower body workouts will do the trick combined with the right diet. Exercise builds definition and strength, but diet makes the biggest difference if you're trying to lose weight or bulk up.
