Loving this video! We’ve been blessed to call a Leo our family member for the past 8 years. We rescued him from a bad breeding situation as a pup, and I am now absolutely smitten with the breed. We’ve had get togethers with other Leos and they are all amazing creatures. They will always have a special place in my heart.

What an interesting history & only down to eight, amazing comeback. Talk about a big teddy bear, they're really cool looking. Definitely alot of fur to brush. They look like just great temperament with people that's for sure. Plus love the black face.

Hi Louisa!! How are you and the kids doing?
Undoubtedly an excellent job they did to keep the breed alive and it was totally worth it. Super loving dogs with very balanced behavior.

@@ABC_animal_kingdom Hi back, the kids are doing just great. How's your new addition doing? Puppies are so much fun & training also. Days are getting longer already.

That's great news!! Bluey is doing great too ♥ Growing... growing fast. We have already recorded a lot of videos, so she will be in here soon. Got a new full-time job so now on we are going to be publishing only once a week

@@ABC_animal_kingdom love the name Bluey, right on a new job, good luck & once a week is better than none. That's plenty because you have a family to take care of which is more important. Me I'm just a little old woman going on 70 this year. Have a great week.

Thank you! We are based on the Blue's clues and another cartoon called bluey, they are adorable and funny.
Of course family comes first, but we don't want to abandon this beautiful project!
When is your birthday? We would love to greet you! ♥♥♥

why to we say Leonberger in english it is Leonberg in german and french? The added berger would suggest a shepperd dog which it isn't.

Your right, dog is named after the town of Leonberg, Germany.

How would LeonbergER imply a shepherd dog while RotweilER doesn't? And hamburgER has nothing to do with either herding or sheep (or dogs, in most parts of the world). And BTW, it is Leonberg(cien) only in French, not in German.
