I think it's important to note that New Justia targets very front, so she will need something like Zenith or Rigenette to take full advantage of her AoE. Still a very strong unit though. Just need to be mindful of that restriction.

Great video. The real question is I have original Justia's weapon and curious if ThiccTia can equip that? Because the stats look almost the same to me and would be nice! Other than that, awesome video!! 🙂
Swimsuit is still the same. Guard and dodge is kinda similar with no different. She doesn't provide any benefit other then 6 sp, which is neglectble due to refi whom can provide more party orient benefit. If swimsuit justi can provide evade for all member, now that is a upgrade and worth pulling.
while the rework pool party has nice benefits in pvp but the thing is after that the other old costumes are the same and not yet reworked so will still have that problem of no crit only fix damage even with the atk dmg multiplier when activating the swimsuit it will still miss a lot of potential damage due to the fix damage on her kit over all
It's different. The ATK buff went up to +300% with potentials, which is huge. Justia is always a pvp unit, and this is similarly meant to be a PvP opener costume. +300% on a fixed dmg unit is significant.

Her costume is alot better. Evade will work well with energy guard as it shares different esthetics & benefits to that particular unit.
