Fellow grad student here (at Virginia tech) and I just had my research day as well! I didn’t have my results just yet (I will be doing my study next semester) but it was really fun to see everyone’s posters and get feedback from the judges on my poster. One year of grad school down!!

You should try wearing your backpacks with the straps criss crossed by unloosening both straps and then throwing both straps over your head, what this does is take the weight of your backpack off your shoulders and makes wearing it more comfortable

I really hope this doesn’t sound weird but Ciera and I have been pretty neck and neck in our reading so I’ve been having a little one sided competition to keep up with her lol. Whenever she finishes a book I’m like, “I need to catch up!” Btw my goal is 60 and I’m three books ahead so you’re going to crush yours, Ciera.
