no he is not... did you hear the way he kept changing his tune? at first he was being aggressive, asking for his lot number then going ah ha! then he tried to lay it back by lying about being a biker...dude kept talking about nonsensical crap...if he was nice he would have introduced himself and ask politely if he knew it was private property...but thats why you need traditional no trespassing signs. if someone enters he property and gets hurt they can still sue if theres not proper, adequate signage...a long worded small white sign might not be enough to satisfy a court

The last dude was the most reasonable person out of all the bikers and driver's he just stated that it was private property, he didn't cuss the biker out he just told him you're not allowed here, and he showed the best way to deal with a biker on private property

I hate it when the bikers do something stupid or illegal or whatever and then act like they did nothing wrong when the other person gets angry.
