The problem in India is that a lot of theatres just let kids into Adult movies. Children and teenagers shouldn't be seeing such movies. Animal's success will motivate directors to make even more violent movies and more children will see it. A violent youth or a brigade of children brought up by watching such movies is the last thing India wants. Yes, there is nothing wrong in making such movies but a big amount of people still aren't educated enough to watch such movies and not let it impact their life and behaviour.

I don't understand. A son projects his father from people who want to kill him. I don't see what is so bad that people don't get the main story where ranvijay protects his family and his father.
Sandeep Reddy Vanga says that he grew up watching gangster movies but he did not become a gangster. But the fact that he is continuously producing movies like these is proof that his mind has been distorted by the content he grew up watching. And that is the whole point. No one outrightly becomes a gangster after watching these movies but they start normalizing it and become desensitized to it

In gangs of wassipur and Baazigar no one was glorified. The scenes weren't for shock value rather for relevant to plot. Not once I felt the characters being glorified meanwhile animal everyone is celebrating Ranvijay and Abrar's actions (insta is filled with those scenes were the comments are real alpha is back and women deserve to be treated like this to remove feminist disease). That is the difference. I know this would happen after I watch the movie 'Animal.' People with a toxic feminist mindset will likely criticize this movie. However, my concern isn't with these hypocrites but with normal people and how these individuals will be targeted by using the movie 'Animal' as a tool to potentially brainwash others into adopting toxic and hypocritical feminist ideologies.
My questions for these individuals pertain to their views on other shows like 'Made In Heaven,' 'Doctor G,' 'Jee Karda,' and several others. In these productions, a few recurring themes persist, such as depicting men as inherently bad people and portraying women as capable of anything, including engaging in extramarital affairs, among other things.
Take 'Made in Heaven,' for instance: It showcases a gold digger girl marrying a wealthy man through deceit to seize his wealth. Strangely, she's portrayed as a role model, preaching about morality. Isn't it disconcerting that every aspect of Indian culture depicted in the show is portrayed as inferior? Yet, these same individuals will talk about 'Animal' as it threatens their propaganda.
In 'Doctor G,' there's a scene where a heavier woman startles Ayushmann Khurrana by challenging his masculinity, while she herself portrays a more traditionally masculine demeanor, which the director applauds in the movie.
'Jee Karda' illustrates Tamannaah Bhatia engaging in sex with her fiancé's friends, attempting to justify her actions.
'Four More Shots,' another series, seems to justify everything in the name of feminism and so called "women empowerment".
So, my question is, why don't these so-called fair individuals address these issues? In 'Animal,' Ranbir forsakes everything for Rashmika, despite being the son of India's richest person. They won't discuss his affection for her or how the movie portrays the reality of ragging.
Let's stop spreading falsehoods; 'Animal' is an A-certificate movie meant for adults who possess the understanding to differentiate between practicality in the real world and what's not.

I saw it today on netflix. The violence was extremely unnecessary. Anil kapoor's depiction of a dumb dad is extremely annoying. He could not understand how to talk to his son. Ranbir on the other hand is a psychopath son. It was such a waste of time. There was not a single scene that hits your heart. It was just about intimate scenes and just some damn cruel action.

The problem is not the misogyny or violence itself. There is no problem in having these elements in a movie. It's the fact that it is shown in an acceptable light. It is the protagonist of the film who's acting out on these traits and not the villain. If the majority are rooting for the character of Ranbir in this film, you know it's a problem.
The problem is that why are u cherry picking some creators only. Also morality varies from people to people. There are people who love these things and some don't. If u want a stable happy society, don't force your morals on others, but make small society's with like minded people. If you force people of different mentality to live together there will be harm.
