In fulfilment of the encapsulation of his People's Charter of Needs blueprint aimed at putting smiles on the faces of the people at all times, His Excellency, Right Honourable (Dr) Francis Nwifuru, FNIOB, GGCEHF, Governor of Ebonyi State yesterday organized a special Christmas party for Elders and widows at the Christian Ecumenical Centre, Abakaliki.
