Sorry for the late reply, but yeah I like seeing stuff like this on Amtrak. Someday we will never see the metrolink cars again as they will eventually all be re-done.

Why not go out to Wagon Mound sometime and observe the semaphores? It's a very pretty place to spend some time to reflect of things.

I am hoping to go out there some time to catch an amtrak, I have been there and saw the signals but didn't see a train.
