Please try my tuna recipe I created today for lunch it was surprisingly so good to me Carols lunch time Tuna salad 12oz can of solid albacore tuna 2 Boiled eggs chopped with the yolk 1-2 tbs Lemon olive oil 1/2 - 1/4 chopped dill pickle 1/4 pear chopped 2 - 3 tsp Salt or to taste 1/2-1 tbs Garlic powder or to taste 1/2-1 tbs Onion powder or to taste 1-2 tbs Parsley 1/2 - 1 tbs dried Dill 2-3 tsp Mrs dash original or to taste 3-4 tbs of Mayonnaise not miracle whip.. or however much you think can of albacore tuna in water drained then add the lemon olive oil, Mix in diced pickles , seasonings, mayonnaise and then add the chopped pears last and serve on ritz crackers or bread. The pears and lemon olive oil really brings the tuna salad to life

I used to watch a show called 60 days in where people volunteered to go behind bars to experience it and see what all went on and to report back to the sheriff different things that they observed. These people got certain items from the commissary. And they would all get together and create these kinds of concoctions to eat. It beat the prison food! They couldn't get just any kinds of items. So they had to make do with what was available to buy in the commissary! I could see the ramen noodles and the chips and the cheese dip sauce and some of the other things. The mayonnaise surprises me as something that was available.
I swear this is a compliment. Momma would do just fine in prison though lol Shed like the food and have lots of friends. Plus she always makes the best with what she has.
