    I like a crepe sole with suede uppers.
    They looked a better quality boot with the new sole.

    better for sure than the crepe..I have a pair of johnston murphys w/ a crepe soul..nice shoes but I like a better soul on them for the future..Thanks for the video..good work bro...

    Great video to see how GYW boots with crepe sole are constructed. I was curious about that because there is no visible stich from the bottom. Good job. Thank you!

    Please tell me where the wallet we sent in months ago is at....Customer service will not take our calls. This has been a nightmare. DON'T SEND YOUR ITEMS TO THE COBBLERS . THEY ARE SCAMMERS

      Where would they be responsible for your wallet left even longer than 30 days. Have you stopped in or called more than once? Maybe you have totally forgotten about it. From a former cobblers stand point myself in an entirely different state, any items that were not picked up within 30 days were either sold, donated or thrown away! Retail space isn't cheap by any means and isn't a life long storage unit free of charge! Customer shoulda made more effort and been more responsible!

      @@kennethkauser4604 huge assumption Kenneth.. customer service didn’t finish the wallet and sent no updates. I’ve called many times. It hasn’t been over 30 days. I’ve emailed as well. No reason to justify “donating” the wallet. Sounds like an excuse to keep people luxury items aka a scam. Please don’t make assumptions on specific cases you simply don’t know the facts of

      There's a difference between 30 days and months like you stated. Disclaimer is on the claim ticket upon drop off so the responsibility falls back on to you the customer!

      @@kennethkauser4604 you clearly don't know what you are talking about. You are blindly supporting a company without further information. I gave customer service your name and they were apologizing and backtracking what you said. It's quite embarrassing and is only helping my case.
      There is no justification for sending something to get fixed, not receiving one update and then being ghosted while calling and emailing numerous times. But I'm not going to waste my time explaining myself to someone who doesn't have any power within the company and cannot think for themselves. I was trying to warn others about this service and not argue with someone who should get back to work. No wonder your company is so backordered, look at what their employees are up to
