بہت خوب۔ بہت عمدہ۔ صرف ایک بات ادب سے عرض کرنا چاہتا ہوں۔ آپ نے مادی ترقیات کو ا نسان کی انسانیت چھینے کا سبب بتا یا ہے۔ پھر آپ نے مسلمانوں کے زوال کا نوحہ کرتے ہوئے فرمایا کہ دیکھیں مغرب کہاں پہنچ گیا ہے۔ گویا آپ مغرب کی مادی ترقی مرعوب ہو کر دیکھ رہے ہیں۔ حالانکہ آپ کا کام یہ بھی ہے کہ مغربی معاشرے کے ناسور بھی لوگوں کو دکھائیں۔۔۔۔۔بہرحال آپ کی فلسفیانہ گہرائی اس زوال پزیر قوم کے لیے امید کی ایک کرن ثابت ہوسکتی ہے۔

محترم آپ کی بات کسی حد تک بجا ہے۔ مگر میں آپ کو مشورہ دوں گا کہ آپ خرم سر کے مزید لیکچرز بھی دیکھیں، جن کے اندر وہ مغرب سے بھی آنے والے اچھے ادب کے فقدان، سرمایہ دارانہ نظام اور صارفیت پر تنقید، مغرب کے "سائنسی" الحادیوں کی بے جا تنقید کا زکر کرتے ہیں۔
پاکستانی قوم اور اسکی موجودہ کیفیات پر تنقید کا مقصد یہ ہے کہ مغرب پر تنقید سے زیادہ ان سے سیکھنے کی ضرورت ہے... ان کے بقول کہ: ہم نا جانے کیسے اس دنیا کو جہنم چھوڑ کر اگلے جہاں میں جنت کی امید رکھتے ہیں؟

@@mahrukhzahid4611 tbh, it's still better than the western one. The greater need of the time is to get us out of staunch patriarchy, and hand over our society to the more egalitarian hands. So that all the injustices and prejudices and societal biases can be erased against women (and even men) and we can actually grow.
