- First things first: Radio show will run Saturdays starting at 6AM and will repeat all day. There will be two shows, two hours each back to back. Go to vaughn.live/cra... to listen. If using the phone app (Vaughn Live), go to top left and hit the little squares. Choose "Music Cafe" on the left. I'll be in there somewhere. No need to have an account. You will see the screen with a pic of me and information about when the show originally aired.
My LIVE show is every Friday night at 10pm Eastern time until 3am on the same channel as the radio show.

One thing I can't understand is that you have never heard of Brothers Johnson. They have been very popular since 1976 with their song Get The Funk Out My Face. They started as studio musicians in their mid teens by Quicy Jones who also produced some of their albums.
When I aired my radio show Nightflight, weekly from 1978 to 1980 on Swedish National Radio I, and my coworker, interviewed the brothers. I also "took care" of the brothers during two of their visits to Sweden. One of their biggest hits was Stomp, famous for Louis Johnsons bass play.
Good seeing and hearing from you. The older we get, the more interesting our music selections become.

(I was one who had asked about them)...So I will most definitely be tuning in!📻 Also...a bit of info. on the Brothers Johnson...In 1976, they had a huge hit that peaked at #3 on the Billboard Hot 100 titled "I'll Be Good To You"...They followed that one up the same year with the Top 30 hit "Get The Funk Out Ma' Face"....In 1977, they returned to the Top 5 again with the smash "Strawberry Letter 23"...Their final Top 40 hit came in 1980, when the single "Stomp" peaked at #7...They were quite popular during the mid-70's through the early 80's...Hope that helps a little, and let the good music play on! Rush, in America, was on Mercury Records from 1974 to 1989, when they moved to Atlantic (and finally got to use the Anthem Records logo from here on for the American albums) from 1990 to about 2009-2010, when they moved - for what sadly became the final time - to the Roadrunner Records sub label Loud And Proud.
The Brothers Johnson did some fantastic stuff. Stomp was a good one.

Greetings from a damp and chilly Ireland, after weeks of good weather. I believe its a bit warm in the Montreal area, 40 degrees C according to my wife's friend there.
I can't wait to see the new turn table. I'm very happy with my Fluance 108 as per your review a couple of years ago. Maybe at some stage you could do a bit of a talk about speakers. Mine are 40 year old Pioneer. They sound great still, but tech has moved on. Might be a worthy topic for discussion. V I F ! Regards Joe.

Man ... I'm so glad you've got new content coming out. I've learned a lot of great information from you sharing your experience with us. I love vinyl and have been building my collection of records back to like I had in my growing up in the 60's and 70's. Always like to hear your thought on record players etc. Would really enjoy some content on CD's and players as well as cassette too. I have been using a Fluance turntable for the last 4 years. I'd like to upgrade my cartridge and appreciate your experience with them as well. I'll also be listening to your radio shows. Take care ...

If you have the shows archived would it be possible to upload for us to listen to on demand?
One thing that I'm not sure you mentioned about digitizing records is this: Records have existed long before the internet and a vast amount of music can only be found on vinyl, not digital anywhere. So in order to archive and play a record like this anywhere, it would need to be digitized, and then it can also be added to a music server such as Plex. This is something I do a lot of.

I have an idea how to change things up on your channel a bit. Why not rename your channel Vynal Tv Plus. The plus opens it up to CDs, Streaming and even Sound Equipment, Speaker Placements and so on.

Excuse the personal question Craig but do you have Nystagmus? My 6 year old son has it, it's reassuring to see someone enjoying their time on CZcams with something similar. I apologise for assuming, if I'm incorrect.
