I registered my acca and after 5 day i get mail . But your team said I'm not eligible because my birth certificate is in hindi but required in english i was sent my national identity card in english on mail . Will it work, now am I eligible?

Sir according to acca website if i want to make a payment using bank transfer I'll need an ACCA ID for reference but how will i get an ACCA ID before making the payment?
