@@Lyonna_Rho Dont know probably difference between European and NBA basketball, you see for exemple in EUROPE its normal to have help guarding players and even one of hardest and best defensive stuff is ZONE defense. And i think that hand checking is way less implemented as calling the fouls right away. But ill update this comment just started watching basketball again.
