- Hi everyone! I have created four Christmas junk journals this holiday season. I will be doing separate video walk throughs for each journal and this is the second video in the series. This journal is a softback journal made from scratch with and is covered in fabric. It has four signatures, each with 13 pages, so that's a total, front and back, of over 205 pages. All pages have been tea dyed in hot tea, baked in the oven, then ironed. The signatures are sewn in using the pamphlet stitch and a hidden binding system. The journal measures 9x6 with a 2 1/4" spine. It is full of beautiful illustrations, sewing, ephemera, pockets, paper clips, bead work, charms, fabric tabs, muslin tabs, lace, washi tape, etc. I have done a lot of stitching with my sewing machine throughout this journal. Lots of images are stitched onto the pages, some even have tulle or canvas stitched behind them. I have stenciled on all of the pages tea dyed pages. There are several pockets and tuck spots throughout the journal and I have included images, post cards, flash cards, or tea dyed index cards in these pockets and tuck spots.

christine i was looking at digals on your line and paid i have never did that be fore they were angle quotes

How do you put the quotes on the pages? I love those!
Super easy, I just type them in a Word document and print them on a LaserJet printer, then tea dyed them :)
