Does Zuplo have the ability to create all settings via code?
Also, is it possible to run a local instance, similar to what is possible with supabases?

1/ All of zuplo is defined by text files - it's all just code. To deploy a change you just make a commit to git and we'll deploy for you: zuplo.com/docs/articles/step-4-deploying-to-the-edge
2/ Yes - it's in beta right now but will be GA within ~2 weeks - try it out by following these instructions: zuplo.com/docs/articles/local-development-preview
