We make fish soup from smoked fish in a cauldron without a fire. Recipe from meat-eater grandfather.

  • Throw ghee (a couple of tablespoons) into the cauldron. Fry onions and carrots in heated oil. Throw in the smoked fish. Red trout and bream in pieces.
