Willie Gay was a very good player, but he was not the captain and QB of the defense. That’s Nick Bolton, and adding Drue Tranquill last year and then extending him this offseason made Gay expendable. They also have a versatile stud in Leo Chenal, who was all over the field in the Super Bowl.
McFadden asks who is going to be the Chargers number one receiver and I can say it will not be one of the listed players like Kahalil Shakir who’s not even on the team. I guess even CBS Sports makes mistakes as well.

These guys will say anything to try and get Adams away from the Raiders. It's laughable. The fact of the matter is, the only question left on this roster is the QB position. Trade Adams for what? More players? Why? The Raiders are set on both offense and defense. The only thing the Raiders would accomplish by trading Adams is taking away another offensive weapon that could alleviate the stress of having a young or lower caliber QB starting. Still, Aidan O'Connell played better than any QB that went ahead of him in last year's draft. With an offseason, we'll see what he's got to offer. He may surprise.

Chiefs already have a couple db's on the roster that will step up in Sneed's absence. Sneed wasn't really that good until last year...definitely ramped up from his original draft.

*Chiefs will miss Sneed and William G. for sure but they’ll live so they’re good.
*Raiders will regret not drafting an athletic quarterback (Joe Milton III) but they’d rather take the “veteran quarterback” who really has backup potential (average yte QB) instead.
*Broncos are a joke with an overrated head coach. Patrick Surtain is the best player on the roster. Offensively, everyone is a #2 at their position at best.
*Chargers seem like they’re taking the “Time of Possession” “run first team” approach offensively. Hopefully their defense holds up.
