Once a man publicly announces you in the role HE considers you holding, do NOT reposition yourself in the role YOU WANT to be in his life. Self-deception is the most devasting trauma you can inflict upon yourself and if you go back to your "cousin" believing he is actually your boyfriend, you are wounding yourself. It's no longer about him, this is all you babygirl. Walking away is good pain especially when you are rescuing yourself. You are worth it💐

I just want to start off by saying this video is an absolute God send and came at exactly the right time. I am in a difficult situation in my life right now and it has really reflected in the people who were friendly to me in the good season, but now ignore me in this difficult season. If I did not know my worth, I would allow these people's treatment towards me be the thing that defines my inventory, but my God is greater and I know his love for me and therefore I know my value which is above the awful ways these people treat me. Amen!

It's not about comparison/ competing with others because "you are a standalone original" - 16:06
Worth - What are your gift/ abilities? What do you bring to the table? What are your positive characteristics/ attributes?
1) 16:39 - You have to make a list to remind yourself of your worth because "If you do not do an inventory of your own value, do not be surprised if people come in and try to mark you down."
2) 17:50 - Daily declarations that support who you are, once you know your worth and where you know you are going.

You need to get to a point where your daily declarations are enough to sustain your self-esteem
*You have to know who you are, before you can make daily declarations for yourself*

Years ago I listened to pastor Myles Munro about singleness and his teaching opened up my eyes when I was miserable and desperate for a man in my life. Also pastor Michelle Hammond’s books transformed my life to be who I am today…value myself and enjoy as an individual not giving someone else the power to make me happy. It was so liberating. All these materials helped me to understand that loneliness and singleness are two different things though there’s misunderstanding and using interchangeably. As Christians we are not alone and God has given me the strength to live and enjoy life my self as a single. I enjoy my company and go to movies, theatre, meals and even solo trips. I treat myself well and give myself good gifts. No one can disappoint me now cos I’m not expecting or relying on anyone else but God who provides for me, protects me and strengthen me. His grace is sufficient for me. Praise and glory be to God Almighty 🙏🏼
