- In this video, I talk to you about an HP Deskjet printer not printing. If your printer has decided that it doesn't want to print your documents or pictures anymore, then this is the video for you. I go over a few simple fixes that you can try out to hopefully get it working again. There is no guarantee that these will work, but they are common solutions to this somewhat rare problem, so hopefully one of them gets your printer working again.

Thankful Thank you you are so helpful. You are correct mine was the last issue I had to turn off the printer completely and unplug it wait 30 seconds and then the beeping stopped and it started printing correctly so thank you very much.

If you were in a garage with your car on the lift, falling apart? If you can visuaise that, can you work out that it really doesn 't matter, not one scrap, how loud this contributor is with his printer... for me the blocksge I had sufered all morning broke free and I am back printing agaun Thank you so much, HP man, for giving up your time to tell us - at least 3/4 of us, how they/we can get the HP back working again. It won't work for all, but it will work for enough to have mde it worthwhile doing the work for us. Absolutely nothing is working for me. I've read so many tutorials and viewed so many videos. :( .. no errors, NOTHING.. it went from printing one day to not printing anymore. this printer is SO problematic. i've always had issues with it. always something. i got it for free tho so i'm not gonna complain. Great clear video tho. thank you.

No luck. Mine is showing the exclamation point next to the print number, and the information icon is lit up on the console. I tried unplugging an plugging back in, with no success. The error message says the printer is offline, but my router shows it as attached and connected to the internet.

My problem is I put ink in. It takes 4 ink cartridges to replace. I replaced 3 color and 1 black. The black ink is not showing up that it has been replaced. I am still not able to print.
Mine isn't printing because the computer and the printer aren't talking to each other. HP support can't help me and I'm not sure what to do.

@@nataly0710 Ok, so I was able to manually connect the printer and the computer. If you follow the prompts on the site with the virtual chat, it is a lot of steps, but it started working finally.
Unplugged, brand new cartridges, full of paper, this did absolutly NOTHING. Still nothing printing. Out the window or can this be thrown at someone?

Not printing because you are not using HP ink cartridge, that's what i think is the problem, dubious policy of HP.
Ok. Don't have a wire, nothing wrong with my Internet connection as everything else is working. Plenty of ink & paper. Moved it from downstairs up to my room so done the unplug & plug back in. Was working fine the other day. So now wjat????

None of this worked for me. I put in a new ink cartridge when a copy I printed was not dark enough and the printer showed “low ink”. The next 2-3 copies were still too light. I removed the cartridge, wiped it off and wiped off the area inside the printer where the ink cartridge makes contact. Now the printer sounds like it’s printing but the papers come out completely blank. WHY ISN’T THIS PRINTER PRINTING???!!! It’s like it doesn’t recognize that there was a new ink cartridge installed!

The unplugging did it. I hate HP printers (Office Jet Pro 9015), have wasted so much time on it over the months keeping it running and filled with incredibly expensive ink.
replace the ink after every use. it seems not printing for 3-4 days means it needs new ink.

Never buy a hp printer. I have the hp 3620, I've dealt with smearing, missing text alignment problems, if you run out of one colour you will need to buy a new colour cartridge.
Buy an Epson or a Canon.
Half of the crap you just said makes no sense... If jobs are lined up it wont print yours... Ok but what if its not printing nothing in the first place. Instead of shouting like a crackhead maybe show some proof.
This would be more user friendly if the presenter didn't yell hysterically the whole time. Also if it had some text or time stamps to show the different options.
