Hallo everyone out there! I disagree with you! She is NOT just an ordinary girl! She is a SPECIAL WOMAN!!!!
She puts her country first, she speaks the language which most understand, she knows where she comes from, social background and is modest. Perhaps everyone should pay a few coins in a fund to help all these athletes who compete for their country. This would in turn help lift the financial burden off their shoulders, which could also help to reduce the enormous mental stress on the competitors. I wish everyone, especially Mirabai Chanu all the Best! Regards M

It has to do with the financial, health aspects psychological stamina, time consuming BURDEN AND SACRIFICE SHE and her FAMILY are prepared to offer all alone with out support, alone, for their country! Also against all the cultural, religious: CASTESTATUS, gender defining discrimination odds. Would you let your sister/s dress, train "like a man"
for all the world to see? All these aspects must be considered, before you use the word "effort" I would use the word SACRIFICE. All the Best to everyone out there! Regards M

@@itam1865 I stand corrected... Efforts won't suffice... Sacrifices are required and sacrifices are not everyone’s cup of tea... And for that reason, she's a cut above the rest... And yes I would be lying if I said that I would let my daughter train like a man... I do not want her to go through any of that hardships.

@@pck85 But would you be soooo adamant against your sister/daughter. Would you not support her against all Problems I wrote about before? Because in my eyes that is UNDEFINED LOVE and SUPPORT any parent can give to his/her child. What they need ist FINANCIAL SUPPORT. The viewers who were so euphoric, estatically exultated the athletes must help these financially. So how about launching a kind of crowd-funding for the less financially sustained ?
