    How to Stretch Like a Pickleball Pro
    Today, I asked racquetball legend Dan Fowler to walk me through the ten for ten. Ten stretches to do ten times to ensure your body is warmed up before you step on the court. This is one of the most foundational skills of any athletic endeavor and one you have to get right every time. Just do these simple stretches and greatly decrease your likelihood of getting injured on the court.

    My home court! Great job Shea! I always do a 15-20 min warm up/stretch at my house before heading to those courts. I only live 5 minutes away. Rule number 1: Always warm your muscles before stretching! I start out with old school 50 Jumping jacks, 30 high knees jogs, 30 air squats, then various static stretches focusing on the hamstrings ,groin, calves, and lower back. 50 pushups and lunge around the house at different angles. I am now not only stretched but also warm and ready to handle 35 degree winter outdoor pickleball! Cheers!

    Yup, hip flexor cost me 3 weeks. I will save this video and do it before I leave the house since the court is only a few minutes away.
