- The China Coast Guard used ‘jet stream water cannons’ against two Philippine vessels in Bajo de Masinloc or Scarborough Shoal on April 30, 2024. This twin water assault of the China Coast Guard damage the PCG vessel BRP Bagacay.

Just wondering about this pcg vessel while they're patrolling they don't have any arms or high pressure water cannon? They knew already that the ccg can possibly harash their vessel and they don't have to counter the possible harassment....then the pcg command center are inutile and waiting for the citizen pity and press conference...
