In this podcast, Dr Jitendra Sharan explains the important aspects like the topic selection, importance of funding, and the proper way to do the research including the opportunities after PhD.
Dr. Jitendra Sharan obtained his undergraduate and postgraduate degrees from Manipal University. He has served as faculty at Manipal University for nearly three years before joining CDER, AIIMS Delhi as a research scholar. As a research scholar, he had worked under the mentorship of Dr. Om P Kharbanda, an eminent academician and researcher, on a novel aspect of surface modification of grade V titanium alloy system for soft tissue integration. He collaborated his doctoral research with IIT-Delhi, JNU, and CSIR-NPL, all premium centers of excellence in India. The outcome of his work has been acknowledged and published in reputed biomedical engineering journals. He has published his work in various international and national journals and written books on orthodontics for undergraduate and postgraduate students. He is currently working as an Assistant Professor at the Unit of Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics, Department of Dentistry, AIIMS-Bhubaneswar.

Could you please tell me , how would a supple/back in any year of the university exams in India affect a student in going abroad?
It should not affect you a lot unless you have scores very low.

There are many universities you cab apply. Kle is one. But the question is what will you do after phd
