Is the initial roll to start printing lost?
you would need to waste for about 2M of film before printing during your set up the printer together with the shaker, hope it helps
What’s the warranty on this machine and are parts availability easy to get here in the US? What’s the price of the machine?
hi, for retail order, you can get them here: aaprintsupplyco.com/collections/dtf-printer-direct-to-film-transfer
There is no support package locally,I've had to return mine as it never worked properly. Still waiting for a refund after 5 months. There is no support package or local engineer / parts available in the UK, I doubt there is in the US either. This why it's cheaper, the bigger brands that can support locally, just cost a lot more, but I'd rather have the peace of mind I can pick up the phone and call someone to come and fix / maintain it.
@@theghostthatwalks that’s what I figured. I backed out of a DTF machine for now. I’m hearing too many maintenance horrors..
@@williambermudez204 Finally got a refund after 5 months, from now on I'm only buying equipment with a locally based support contract, including a local engineer.

There is no support or maintenance available locally. I returned my DTF printer and still have no refund after 5 months, it has never printed a single page. If something goes wrong with it or you need to use the warranty, no engineer can attend or provide / fit parts locally.
@@Lopo-official I'm still waiting for a refund promised by Aven , I can't see any reason to delay any more. 5 months from when the printer broke until now is what happens when there aren't the technical and engineering packages available locally. You can't fix a printer remotely, and without a complaint or customer service department, sales is all that is available.

I just got my machine in and can't wait to get it together and get started printing out dtf prints with it. The sales reps are wonderful a d very helpful.
