  • In the spirit of the 4th of July, We Love Ireland Spotlights a town with strong American ties. New Ross in County Wexford, the birthplace of John F Kennedy's great-grandfather. The President visited the town in 1963 meeting with family and speaking to the people of the town. The Kennedy Homestead is now a popular visitor attraction and displays many signifiant items that belonged to the former president.

    There will never be any president like John F. Kennedy. As great as he was a US president, his Irish ancestry, in New Ross starting with his great grandfather Patrick Kennedy, was just as great.

      I actually I'm from the outer Hebrides.And I'm the school I went is near to Donald family home.I don't think he's not bad but for President Kennedy. Admited him very much.And when I go to ireland I am going to see this half pack
