These songs means so much to me. These were my theme songs when I graduated Culinary School, tried to be a professional “chef”…but eventually fell back to my true love…art and animation. Which is now, my career.
This really takes me back to when I was a little girl, seeing the movie in theaters for the first time, and singing along to all the songs!

Sounds like you were too big for it anyway. New generations haven't "lost" anything and many to come won't even know wtf "splash mountain" is. The only people upset about it are the people who are too grown to be upset about a disney ride in the first place.
Guys I watched the latest version of Splash Mountain and I quote "It's not because of rasism". It's actually because of everything breaking down Brer Rabbit hoping the screen chase scene is broken one of the pelicans are broken sometimes and many many more things don't work plus the expense keeping the branch on top the money they have to keep paying fix things for this ride. It's unbearable. They can't make new ones and it's hopeless
So they used the racism excuse to close it down. It was all planed remember Igor wanted this and he is also in charge of rides as well.
But I am bringing it back on a game called Rec Room and I'm not opening it until everything is exactly the same as Disney World
