Father, Bless. Yes, I am an inquirer to the The Orthodox Church and I just finished the Beginning of Prayer by Father Irenei. It was excellent. I am going to listen to his podcasts too. I was really impacted by the quote from St. Augustine in this podcast: "I know, Lord, that thou didst create me for thyself and then my heart will find no peace until it finds peace in thee. And I know thou didst create my soul beautiful and did so order it that all the treasures of the universe could never compare with beauty of my soul. " -Adam in Illinois

The thing is that the modern globalized world of the very recent times found out how to systematically make us young ones numb, numb for love, numb for faith. Thank God I found the orthodox church! I can now see where I have gotten numb, but now the work has begun to restore my heart to love... God help us in this wicked world!

I had a professor in college (Sociology) who said, referring to scholarly monographs, that if somebody can not say what he/she wants to say in more than a hundred pages, it's not worth reading. I feel the same way regarding these videos as there are soooo many You Tube videos on soooo many interesting subjects: thirty minutes, tops.
And it is worth ordering from the priest in the church to read the akathist for your name of St. Cyprian and St. Justine and of St. Archangel Michael against magic and all enemies visible and unvisible. This is if you are baptized Orthodox. There always were sorcerers even after Jesus said it is from devil they remained in every country and on every second or third family something is put from a sorcerer. And when you intend to go to command the akathist in the church, such thoughts may appear: "Maybe tomorrow, or next week", "Maybe I'm such a freak and no one is watching me (girls or boys, if you can not anyways find a pair, or you can for some reason speak only with one girl or boy.)", "The life is this way with good times and bad times", " I am so (if you have impotence)". etc. These thoughts come from demons from sorcery spells because only the prayer of the priest can 100% protect from magic and enemies visible and invisible. Jesus Christ told the apostles(which are the first priests) "I give you the right to untie everything that is tied in heaven and on earth.". Faith and creed is opinion, is how somebody thinks with his head. Repent is changing and not auto-humiliation as many think. May be enherited soul ilnessses like despresia, schizofrenia, Tourette sindrom, insomnia, bifurcation of personality etc. as they are from soul illnesses. Firstly everyone must to eradicate schizofrenia, depression etc. from him and after that to planify making children, in order that they will not jump from balconie, have blood cancer, be born bodytobody joined twins or two headed and etc. These soul illnesses can be healed by eucharisty. In the afternoon before eucharist day you have to read " The prayers before eucharisty" where are asked from eucharisty such things like: soul and body healing, sins forgiveness, protection from devils etc. It is better to go to confession in the morning in the day of eucharisty(before eucharisty)because from evening to morning everyone can make the same sins again and again and also other bigger sins. If not to forgive someone who asked for forgiveness it is not worth going to eucharisty because the sins will not be forgiven. Humbleness is awareness that in every doing you can fall and not auto-oppresion as most do and think, someone without auto-oppression is 100% free in moves in every direction, it is like a lion at freedom .Entering( submersion 3 times with a certain prayer and crossing yourself) in water springs of orthodox saints (which are near or in monasteries) give very much power and sureness to people with depression, panic attacks, schizofrenia and other soul illnesses, there are some springs of mother of God Maria that even heal soul illnesses.

As one who has studied health issues I can only give my opinion. Many things in this world are evil. It is because we are the children from the seed of Adam. This place was not ment to be paradise. It is a place to understand who God is and how much He desires us to know who we are and to love as He loves. Some see this as hog wash but why give a piece of yourself away to enter this world and bleed out beaten and mocked if it wasn't pure love that created a way for escape since it was He that placed us here to learn not to lie and behave as a serpent. Think about your Healthcare system. What is medicine? It is chemicals which effects your physiological moments of pain or impairments. These things are in the water systems. Who is the great physician? Only one. And this one should have been enough for a I want it now type of people. This type of pollution has been at work way before Moses time and still here today with greater poisons. We are responsible for our disease. Certain medications opens windows God would have shut but it is our will which physician to call and fully trust. This genetic toll to repairs from one generation to the next has a limit which our children and children's children has and will continue to pay for. We also these demons to entertain our thought constantly without knowledge we do this automatic. To blame someone isimpossible. We must blame ourselves or those who feed us this lie. Who is the liar and theif, whose name is death and not life? Jesus said many will be decieved and tha the Lord's way of good,, man calls evil.. One must decide in their hear with sincerity which king they serve... to serve the one on earth with all the material fun and pleasures in an electric world with sharp edges and pricks in labor and surgeries that lead nowhere or to be empty out and renewed without a friend in this world but only one... God. The choice for most would be material and you very well know this. If your alone with God you will never be alone. He sends people our way and he takes the out. Learn patience and not to be angry. Anger is the demon's toy. Be content with this nasty vile world we want beauty and joy in. It can be here for you as well. I was angry so I know what i am speaking of. The mental issues will not get better. They will increase because these are the last hours and God will come back for all those like us who cry and are never heard or helped. Revenge will be sweet and you will see God in all his glory as he comforts you...Because he knows exactly what and why you suffer...but for now it must be. It's painful I know and confusing. Please read about the love that is waiting as we wait. God has waited much much longer than our 50yrs or 100. He must time this right accordingly to His works not ours. Go back and read Matthew and move slowly eating God word and ask him why... he will show you if you ask thru scripture and perhaps you will hear his voice and you will laugh again. To me, God is abloving and truthful comedians and we are the clowns.
