From the album Heaven Has Come
This video contains people who are processing “O Come, All You Unfaithful,” most of them for the first time, in light of their own experiences. A stillborn child. A strained marriage. Feelings of shame. Legalism. Loss. Loneliness. Or simply having a heart that weeps with those who weep.
We think seeing their responses as Lisa Clow sings communicates even more clearly that Jesus wasn’t born for people who have it all together. He was born for those who have nothing.
“Come to me, all who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.”” (Matthew 11.28-30, ESV)
“She will bear a son, and you shall call his name Jesus, for he will save his people from their sins.” (Matthew 1.21, ESV)
So come.

Lyrics:
O come all you unfaithful
Come weak and unstable
Come know you are not alone
O come barren and waiting ones
Weary of praying, come
See what your God has done
Christ is born, Christ is born
Christ is born for you
O come bitter and broken
Come with fears unspoken
Come taste of His perfect love
O come guilty and hiding ones
There is no need to run
See what your God has done
He’s the Lamb who was given
Slain for our pardon
His promise is peace
For those who believe
So come, though you have nothing
Come He is the offering
Come see what your God has done

I have never commented before on CZcams but if there was a time for me to do it, it was today. Today I was saved. Our church was having a moment today for newcomers, troubled ones, anyone who wants to become baptized, and so on. This song played the during that moment and I felt the lord doing his work. I tried denying that it was my time to go up - fearing the humility. Thinking I should wait for my Christian parents who were supposed to be there so they could bear witness. Scared to repent but unaware at the time, but the lord gave me strength. I looked behind me to a family friend and they guided me up while I was deep in tears and I prayed with the pastor, felt the Holy Spirit course through me, and was later welcomed by the everyone who attended. I drove home sobbing feeling pain and suffering in my heart just crying out to the lord for forgiveness. This song will forever be a reminder to the day I was saved, my testimony, and my connection to Jesus Christ and his father
We are rejoicing with you that the Lord has opened your eyes to his forgiveness and mercy! After your Bible, two good books to read about forgiveness are The Cross Centered Life by C.J. Mahaney, and In Christ Alone by Sinclair Ferguson. Keep making much of Jesus!
Thank you I will ❤️
He’s your Father too now, and he loves you very much. Welcome to the family 🎉❤🙌
May you produce much fruit! May stay on the straight and narrow! May your love grow stronger amongst the struggles! May He bless you
Praise GOD!!! Welcome to the family of CHRIST. ❤🙏❤🙏❤☺🌻
Last year at the age of 88 dad accepted Jesus as his personal Savior.
Three weeks ago, dad moved home to Jesus.
Thank you Jesus
I wish that happened to my dad too
praise God
❤️❤️❤️
Praying for my mum and dad for 34 years - I needed this encouragement, thank you and bless you for sharing
@@TheAslano our god is a prayer answering god, don't forget that ☺️☺️
Then Jesus said, “Come to me, all of you who are weary and carry heavy burdens, and I will give you rest. (Matthew 11:28, NLT)
My 6 year old came forward tonight at revival. Here I am sobbing. Thank you, Father 😢
Sat in Church tonight and cried listening to this. So poweful.
I almost choked on my ginger ale and bursted into tears so hard while making dinner for my son that i had to run to the bathroon for a towel. Ive been seeking deliverance from stubborn sin and unrepentance for a while now been crying at certain worship music with certain notes and messages. Been listening to Christian music on and off on the local radio in the car. Noticed my Autistic son who is Audible but non verbal to a degree took a vocal singing liking to O come O Ye Faithful which is one of my favorite Christmas songs. Played this when I got home and started making dinner.
What a beautiful thing to know we have a wonderful Savior for it all!!!
Every now and then you hear a song that is a gut punch, humbling you and reminding you of just how beautiful that Gift of Jesus is. This is one of those songs.
Just beautiful.
I whole heartedly agree!!! So powerful. So moving.
AMEN! 😭
😭😭😭😭 it’s so powerful. I get absolutely astonished by the power worship music is.
Love this- it's musically beautiful and theologically rich! The church needs more songs that sing gladness out of sorrow, acknowledging the lament over brokenness and finding joy in the matchless gift of God. Can't wait to teach it to my congregation!
Totally agree! R U a preacher? Or mdiv student?
Amen! We can and should hold both hand in hand. Things can be hard and good.
This is why O Holy Night is my absolute favorite.
love love love this...I just lost my sweet dog companion and my heart has been in pieces. I went through a hellish divorce just a little over a year ago and it truly was Jesus who is the healer and bringer of comfort and peace and promise.
Last year, around that time, I was grieving the loss of my mom, a strong woman. She gave her life to Jesus at 65 . Today, still painful but happy she is with our Lord. It is never too late.
3 weeks before my grandmother passed away, shs accepted Jesus Christ as her personal saviour and said to me, "Jesus loves you." She was baptised the day before she joined God's house up in the Heavens.
Praise the Lord for his mercy!
thank You Lord for Your faithfulness help us to be faithful despite our unbelief!
amen, He is faithful
"so that ye come short in no gift, awaiting the revelation of our Lord Jesus Christ; who shall also confirm you to the end, unimpeachable in the day of our Lord Jesus Christ. God is faithful, by whom ye have been called into the fellowship of his Son Jesus Christ our Lord.
(1 Corinthians 1:7-9)"
Thank you
This is a Christmas song that feels like it was written just for me.
Thank you
Christmas is miserable when you're alone. Why even bother with a tree or decorations if nobody will see them, nobody will put a present under that tree? Right now, listening to this song, I don't feel so alone.
Be heartened... encouraged. We will all be together soon. Completely
You have never been alone. Jesus loves you so much
Christmas is not about this worlds gifts, Christmas is to remember what Jesus was sent to do and did. Dont lose the fullness of.the reason. Jesus is with you so know you arent alone.
Also, you have brother and sisters in Christ
❤
I cry every time, but I keep listening. So powerful. The love of Christ is amazing.
I heard this tonight at Celebrate Recovery. It was humbling, beautiful, amazing. Sometimes we struggle. It’s so nice to be reminded Christ is born for you.
Amen and AMEN!
Mark 10:27
Looking at them, Jesus *said, “With people it is impossible, but not with God; for all things are possible with God.”
BTW, for the Grace of God, I just celebrated 5 years of sobriety and 3 years in the Lord.
❤🙏❤🙏❤
Today I struggled. Tonight this song resonated with me. Thankful that Jesus bore all my shame.
I love how she's wearing common clothes. The beauty of this is the whole video and song are for everyone. We're all common but all worthy of His love. He came for all of us.
Lisa Clow has one of the purest singing voices I have heard in years. The message in the song needs no more explaining. Well done Sovereign Grace.
What a beautiful song to celebrate this advent season and Christ's birth! What a God we have that He would condescend Himself to be born without the curse of sin to a virgin peasant then scorned and mocked by the very people that awaited His arrival. He then took the sins of all generations of those who would believe upon Himself and drank the full cup of God The Father's wrath on our behalf so that we may be risen with Him from death to life everlasting.
Beautiful description. I went to my Lord, He saved me by His blood alone! And today I cry with emotion and joy for His life in me! 😭
I shared those tears. Those fears. The pain and regret. The sin that condemns me and the things that enslave me. Until the power and truth of this song centers me on that glorious gospel. Thank you Bob, Lisa, the crew, and the family in Christ who were transparent enough to let us see all of their reactions so that our eyes are turned to Jesus yet again through song.
With you, brother.
What is most impactful about this song (other than the lyrics)is knowing that they captured genuine reactions to hearing this song for the first time. Ugh. if that doesn't make you grab a tissue, you have a heart of stone.
Got choked up when you pointed this out!
ah Im a statue
Simply beautiful. Thanks Sovereign Grace Music for the terrific, Bible-centered, God-honoring content you continue to produce.
How on earth can the singer get through this song without bawling? Honestly, I feel the spirit so strongly and I want to sing it so badly but I cannot listen to it without crying 😭🧡
How beautiful and needed. What a wonderful time in history to be reminded of Christ coming to be born a baby in a broken world. Oh let's keep putting Christ first in our thoughts. He is the only true way.
I had expected this song to be a new rendition of the original hymn...but I had misread the title...
It wasn't what I expected, but it was SO MUCH BETTER!
Beautiful lyrics and melody and God-centered...😊👏
Same here 🙋🏻♂️
Same 😊
I know right!?!? Totally caught me off guard (in a good way) and I love it!!!! 😊😊😊😊
Same
I accidently hit the dislike button. The hymn was dear & powerful.
Christ is born for those who have disliked this song.
This song has touched my soul on Christmas Day when we celebrate Jesus birth, beautiful voice and good images of those touched by our Savior. Thank you and God bless you.
God did not only call the faithful ones, but also the unfaithful. 🥺🙏🏼❤
Thank you JESUS for your mercy and grace! Sang this last Sunday. Tho my voice is shaky and NOT at its best but I just want to share how this song touched me in a very deep and special way.
Amen. I lost my dad in January of 2017. He was placed in hospice just before Christmas. It probably sounds weird to say this, but that may have been our best Christmas ever. None of us cared what gifts we got. The commercialism completely lost its appeal. It was all about Jesus. The reality of our brokenness made the coming of Jesus even sweeter. In Him, we already had the greatest gift of all. Not even death could take that away from us.
It's not Christmas anymore, but I'm still listening to this song and crying every time- come, see what your God has done! He is amazing and loves us so much! This song is a great reminder of that. I am a failure, weak and broken. I would be hopeless without my wonderful saviour. But he is born for me and you! Praise God!
May Jesus Christ save us all.
This song clearly expresses the fact that Jesus loves us all including the unfaithful, the outcast and the Marginalised
We are all at some point unfaithful. That's what makes this song. We all are invited to come to Christ.
@@benitaturner2451
Not at 'some point', but essentially all the time from God's point of view.
Never have I read a more reformed song title.
It’s funny because it’s true lol
my thoughts exactly!!
And ironically you can't actually "come" unless you're one of the elect 😂
I’m not Sovereign Grace’s biggest fan but what they’ve done with this song is absolutely delightful and glorifies Christ greatly. What a beautiful and humbling song.
We all need to hear this song. It describes all of us and what Christ has done for us.
Bless You Mighty God for Biblical worship in this world full of sinners in need of a Savior !!
Come as you are. We’re all imperfect and need to help walk each other home.
You had me at the title. What a timely song and just blown away.
I cry every time I listen to this. What a great song! ❤
What a beautiful song! Thank you so much. I’m an old man going thru some rough times and this hit me right in the feels! God is always perfect with His timing!!!
This is a perfect hymn for those of us that are not always faithful, joyful, or triumphant at times. I have been the broken, the weak, the unstable, and the unfaithful one, too.
By far the best Christmas song!
Yes indeed. One of our Pastor's favorites and I'll be laying down the low tones this Christmas with our worship group, Lord willing!
So beautiful angelic voice and music bless you angel 🌺🌺🙏🏾🙌🏻🙌🏻🎄🎄🕊️🙏🏼📿📿📿
Yes her name is Lisa Clow. Been looking everywhere for her since the "prayers of the saints" album.
Her voice is strikingly piercing.
Grateful for you sovereign Grace music. Thank you.

Yes yes
I didn't like the Title....UNTIL I listened to the song.
It's a beautiful song of Christmas
Certain to be a big favourite
This is so beautiful. As someone who hasn’t been to church for four years, it’s a reminder that Christ isn’t found in the church alone, not do they own him. He belongs to us all and He calls us all. Come to me....
I literally did not read the title thought it was the o come all ye faithful, typical Christmas song, then....bald my eyes out first sentence of this beautiful song! Oh my oh my!!! How beautiful 😍 ❤
Same here. ❤
Praise God from whom all blessings flow, and thank Him for all those through whom he sends those blessings. This song and performance lifts me and will help lift millions more, thanks to another great blessing_the internet.
Great song and not just for Christmas! Ideal song for services that folk turn up to once a year though. Strong personal message. I find that having been in church for seventy plus years my awareness and interest is encouraged by good additions to the repertoire whereas those who visit infrequently are disturbed that we're not still locked into 19th century hymns.
I think someone must have accidentally pressed the 'dislike' button because there's no way they actually disliked this amazing song ❤️
It remains heart-breaking that Jesus, despite His love, patience and mercy is still rejected today. May His Holy, set part Spirit draw those whom He loves and waits for make a decision in the Father's perfect timing. We must be relentless for those who still either reject Him or don't even know Who He is. Grace, mercy and the peace that passes ALL understanding.
I was wondering about the dislikes as soon as I hit the like button....pray for them
I totally would have hit the “dislike” button before I understood brokenness and grace, back when I would have felt like telling the unfaithful that Christ was born for them was too scandalous. Wholeheartedly clicking the “like” button at this point in life ❤️
Or maybe just give them (or some at least) the benefit of the doubt? Maybe they liked the lyrics but simply didn't like the song/music :)
DO NOT call attention to the negative in life. Just say "Beautiful video."
Just found this amazing song. I'm so thankful to the Lord for it and for His amazing grace and love as shown through it. I can't wait to share this song with our church on Sunday. To Him be all the honor and glory! Thank you Sovereign Grace Music!!
What a beautiful, moving song... God bless you! Romans 15:13
Sovereign Grace Music may the Sovereign Lord remain your focus. Praise God for the beautiful, biblical, soul uplifting music.
Thank you, Sovereign Music proclaiming God's faithfulness, and His Holiness through songs and for always keeping it Christ-Centered and His Word Centered.❤
Ohhh my God🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌CHRIST IS BORN FOR ME.
💃💃💃💃💃🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌Amen
Heard this song for the 1st time sang in our church today, and wow what a wonderful song. Perfect for Christmas day❤
Thanks guys. This song has caused me to cry, caused me to smile, and caused me to remember the Babe of Bethlehem and caused me to look forward with anticipation to the second coming. We're singing it again at our Carol Service this Saturday. Your music ministry is a blessing to our church.
❤❤Come He is the offering, see what your God has done, Christ is born! Amen😍
Such a refreshing song about the truth. We are unfaithful sinners, Christ is our faithful Saviour!
Bob and Lisa thank you so much for your faithfulness in exercising your gifts to bless us! What a wonderful and beautiful song that I am sure will encourage many!
Beautiful! Praise God for this song. Indeed there's no need to run away, from Him. He alone is our Hope, Peace and Fortress. Thank you Lord Jesus Christ !
I continue to be amazed on God’s immense love towards us humans... His love, faithfulness, and mercy is unlike anything this world can give us! Thank you Lord for your Son Jesus bringing us life!!! ❤️🤍
This is so beautiful. What a beautiful voice for this song. I live it. I hope everyone hears this song for Christmas
I heard this song for the first time in church this morning and it really spoke to me. It almost brought me to tears because it is so touching and has such a powerfull message. I've had it in my head all day and just had to listen to it again. From now on, this song will be the first to come to mind when I'm going through hard times. I thank jesus every day for what he had to go through for us. And he is still willing to forgive us no matter what.
I am a basket case. Love, love, love this!
I heard this in service and cried. I had no idea there was a video, this is so beautiful
Amen we praise you God.
Beautiful song. Thank you for posting! I really look forward to this album. I like that the "O come" is that same ad ins "O come all ye faithful." It's a nice nod to the traditional Christmas song while pointing to a different truth.
I heard this song yesterday at church because my church always does a family service the week of Christmas. I couldn't find this until today because I didn't think this was it. But I found it. Yay!
Fantastic song with a beautiful message. Christ is born for all.
This song was sung the first sinday i came back to church after years of being away.
If I ever hear this song and not weap, I will know that I have taken His grace for granted.
"See what your God has done. " I will never comprehend it until I see Him face to face.
Beautiful. One of his attributes God sovereign .
Yes. Countless yeses. Thank you for this invitation reminder.
Come.
Wow! Wow! Wow! I can’t stop listening to this song! Wow! I have already shared it with dozens! May the Lord bless you as you continue to share with the world so vulnerably and beautifully.
Just beautiful, praise our Lord Jesus Christ!!♥️🙌
We’re singing this at my chorus and we just sang it all the way through with everyone and it gave me the chills. Such a beautiful song love it. Plus it’s worship! More points towards being my fav!
Lord I thank you that though I have absolutely NOTHING to bring to you, and that I am totally bankrupt as far as righteousness, you give me everything... which is Yourself, Lord Jesus!
"Come, though you have nothing..." Isaiah 55:1 Ho, everyone who thirsts, Come Ye to the waters and he that hath no money come ye, buy and eat, yea come buy wine and milk without money and without price.
Salvation by grace through faith in our Lord Jesus.!
We learned this song in church this week. It moved me to the core. So beautiful
I have listened to this song many times and every time I do, I am brought to tears and gratefulness for what our Jesus has done and continues to do. Such love and matchless love.
I have never heard this before. It's beautiful.
It’s a brand new song! The rest of the album was released yesterday.
This morning, we sang this one at my church for the first time and I'm so grateful to the Lord for these songs of yours, including this one.
Come Lord Jesus I'm tired 🙏💖
Wow! Will be sending this on to my unbelieving family & friends as an extra to my prayers for them. His amazing grace & love are truly overwhelming and nothing else in this world satisfies... absolutely nothing! And it took years of trying everything else and still feeling so empty afterwards...everything else is a temporary fix of happiness and nothing compares to the unfailing, immense love of our Almighty Creator God and Saviour Jesus Christ ☝️✝️⚓📖❤️ Thank you for doing this & thank you with all my heart Lord for what you've done for me 🙏 Your word says you aren't willing that any should perish and neither should we be, may this dark world see your light and you shining through your true believers and church amongst so many false ones 🛐 Amen
Thank you souvereign grace for music that praises God. Thank you Jesus.
