I used to be around 280-290 Lbs pretty much clinically obese at age 14-16. I decided that the lifestyle was stupid and lazy and if I ever wanted to live up any morsel of dreams I had I would have to change. It wasn’t my body that scared me, but the risks that came with being big. I then took it upon myself to dedicate the next 3 years of my life to controlling how I eat and to get back to working out. I ended up losing 120-130 pounds and i am 17 at 157 (with a beautiful girlfriend I might add). I urge anyone to at least go out and try as it only takes a full 30 days to really get something like this going at a young age. Hope this helps someone start/already doing. you got this.

The situation with Nikocado leaves out another important factor; people online enabling this shit. There are so many people out there who encourage Nikocado to do this shit to destroy himself and it’s actually so bad. I can tell at first when he gained weight he felt really bad about himself but with the increasing views he probably didn’t have a choice. So sad.

@@Sevren_ Hormones also play a huge role in not feeling hungry after a workout, Bede says. Ghrelin-the hunger hormone-stimulates appetite, increases food intake, and promotes fat storage. Research has shown that longer bouts of exercise may suppress the release of ghrelin, thus killing your appetite.
This is what I saw on the internet and tbh it seems really accurate lol. I always thought I lost my appetite because of drinking too much water when working out but ig it has something to do with hormones :))

Obviously the weight gain is a real issue but a lot of the drama in and around his content is staged and planned. Food for thought (lol): How many skinny mukbangers out there you think deal with a barrage of comments from people projecting their own insecurities onto a person they deem weaker than you? I guarantee you none of them get called lazy, waste of life, or told they're going to die soon. They're skinny so they must be healthy right?
I'm in no way saying what Nick has done to himself is healthy, he is slowly killing himself. But so are people who are in the heavy throws of addiction. The difference is drug addiction is a lot easier to hide with a hoodie covering track marks compared to a hoodie two sizes too small. If you don't like the way fat people look that's absolutely fine. The inability and lack of will power to make your opinion known to the fat people is what I will never understand, and shows you're just as 'weak minded' with less literal baggage to show for it.
