Did my own research and Tyler Bate is actually the youngest champion, I suck at math but I think he was 4 months younger than Dupree.

Kurt Angle had Intercontinental and European at one stage but well done on the 3 Dante that was awesome.
Fun fact: Pat Patterson won the Intercontinental Championship in a fictional tournament in Rio de Janeiro. 16 years before that Buddy Rogers won the first WWWF Championship in a fictional tournament in Rio de Janeiro.

Tech RVD won Hardcore and Euro belts and they were retired so he still has those belts when winning the IC/ECW/WWE/Tag titles.
Weestlemania 13 undertaker beat psycho Sid for the wwf championship, he held it until summerslam when he was defeated by bret hart when Shawn Michaels, who was guest ref, accidentally hit taker with a chair, leading all the way up to survivor series 97 when the infamous screw job happened and michaels won the belt from bret, and bret left for wcw.. now that year is right is in my wheelhouse lol
Nicholas should've counted since he did hold a WWE title. I got 34 coz I got all nine multi-Royal Rumble winners and the Miz holding those titles. I barely remembered that the main event of WrestleMania 1 was Hulk Hogan and Mr. T vs Paul Orndorf and Rowdy Roddy Piper.
So anytime he held a belt he tech was holding 3 at that point lol

The question about youngest champion should have specified that it was roster-members only because WWE themselves consider Nicholas a canonical champion at 10yrs old so that should be the answer.
EDIT - Thanks to the final Nitro / RAW simulcast, the question about the only wrestler to appear on both RAW and Nitro on the same night is redundant as multiple people appeared on both shows (even if some appearances were fleeting).
