Why does my computer display “The date in the certificate is invalid or has expired” when I open Versaworks. How do I fix this. I currently have version 6.
Hello,, Can you please help me out. My friend has the same printer with USB connection and when he opens Versaworks it detects the printer but as soon as he presses verify to add the printer. A messages pops that the current version does not support your ink type? He is using version 5.51 and ink roland eco sol max. Can you please tell me what's he doing wrong? Thanks a lot
Hello, It could be that the ink type has been set incorrectly, as there are different versions of the Eco-Sol Max ink. You will need to speak to technical support for them to guide you through fixing the issue. Please contact your local Roland offices to find out more.Thanks
